一、功能概述
截止当前,检测绝缘子的方法和工具很多,但大多数上基本属于定性检测,不能准确、快捷地检测出每一片绝缘子的绝缘状况,起不到预防检测的作用。高压输电线路绝缘子绝缘电阻值的大小,是直接关系到线路安全稳定运行的大问题。绝缘子一旦出现零值或脏污,就必须进行清洗或更换,否则就会造成闪络跳闸事故。
有鉴于此,南澳电气结合广大用户提出的要求,通过大量地现场试验,成功地研制出新型高性能定量检测与分析的仪器 —“NAGJY无线绝缘子绝缘电阻检测仪”。该仪器能有效发现绝缘子内部隐蔽故障,提高电网系统运行的可靠性,提高线路工作人员测试的工作效率。操作方法简单、快捷,主要用于停电定量地准确测量出每一片绝缘子的电阻值,同时能准确区分已经漏电但尚未击穿处于临界损坏的绝缘子,并将测量结果以数据形式实时记录存储显示,对低值绝缘子能自动语音报警。
本产品采用无线传输,探测器和手持终端通信距离可达100m以上,使测量过程真正达到安全可靠、快速准确。此外,该仪器具备极强的抗干扰性,完全符合(EMC)标准要求,适应各种电磁场干扰场合。

Current methods for insulator detection are largely qualitative, failing to accurately and efficiently assess the insulation status of individual insulators for preventive maintenance. The insulation resistance value of high-voltage transmission line insulators is critical to grid stability. Zero-value or contaminated insulators must be cleaned or replaced promptly to prevent flashover faults.
